At Midlothian Music USA™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm eligibility for your specific item.

  Secure Your Gear

  Pack the item securely in its original manufacturer's packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outer shipping box and send the package to our designated return center using a carrier with tracking services.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
