Vega Style M Tubaphone 1909 - 4-String Banjo w/Original Case & Accessories USED

*This banjo is in decent shape considering its age. It does play ok and will hold its tuning. It is sold as is and could be a great project for restoring. We just do not have the time to do it. Serial number is: 65323. 

Here is a cool, vintage, 4-string Vega Style M banjo that is looking for a new home! We cleaned it up, replaced one broken string and tuned it up and it is now ready for sale.

This banjo is old school and very cool! It does show signs of use and wear but everything major is working good. There are some blemishes/scratches/scuff throughout and the head looks to be original and has some stains on it. No major rips or tears. The neck has a ding on the back and the chrome hardware has some tarnish/corrosion. 

Case was cleaned up and vacuumed out. The case has cosmetic imperfections throughout on the outside & inside but the latches and handle works good and will keep the banjo safe. 

Comes with an extra Elton banjo resonator back so you can decide if you want open back or closed back sound.
